Had charcoal bbq at Jang Ta Bal at Strathfield last week. The place is pack and a bit secluded. The service is quick but you have to wait for 10 mins for a table a there’s crowd at dinner time.
Here, they don’t use electric cooker@ induction but charcoal.
They served 7 types of cold dishes, i only like the kimchi; as usual.
We ordered the mix meat set consists of pork, chicken and wagyu. I love the wagyu; as always.
Its not fast to cook with charcoal so you have to be a little bit more patient. Cook the thicker meat in the middle of the grill as the heat is stronger.
Overall my rate for the food here is 5/10. Wont be coming back.
